Cement manufacturing process includes Quarrying&Extraction, Crushing&grinfing and blending,  Material preparation,  Pre-homogenisation,  Storage, clinker grinding, conveying, packing and shipping. The equipment in each process will use different bearing.

In quarrying&Extraction, it will use spherical roller bearing, angular contact ball bearing, sealed deep groove ball bearing; In Crushing, grinding and bending, you can find cylindrical roller bearing, tapered roller bearing, deep groove ball bearing, angular contact ball bearing, needle roller bearing, plummer block housing, pillow block housing and bearing unit.

Sphercial roller bearing, intefrated bearing, cylindrical roller bearing, tapered roller bearing, deep groove ball bearing and doule-row angular contact ball bearing will be easily found in material preparation. In storage and clinker grindling process, there will need pillow block housing and bearing unit, plummer block housing and bearing units, spherical roller bearing, cylindrical roller bearing, double-row tapered roller bearing and doule row angular contact ball bearing.

In conveying, it will use sphercial roller bearing, pillow block housing and bearing, mounted housing and bearing unit, insert bearing unit, deep groove ball bearing, tapered roller bearing,  cylindrical roller bearing, and angular contact ball bearing. Sphercial roller bearing, pillow block housing and bearing, insert bearing, deep goove ball bearing will be applied in packing and shipping process.
